Founder·Scale SEE Accelerator
Bloomberg Adria·EBRD Star Venture
He spent years doing what most SEE founders struggle to do: selling in Germany, scouting early-stage deals for Berlin VCs, consulting startups for EBRD. Then he stopped doing it for others and built the accelerator he wished had existed. Scale SEE's second batch drew 104 applications from twelve countries. The gap he was trying to close is closing.

Vladislav Pavlov is the founder of Scale SEE, a performance-based accelerator for B2B startups from Southeast Europe scaling to the United States. He writes the technology column for Bloomberg Adria and consults startups on sales and fundraising as part of the EBRD Star Venture program. In 2024, the US State Department selected him for the YTILI fellowship, placing him at the Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
His career runs through the commercial side of the Balkan startup ecosystem. He co-founded ShopGuru in Belgrade, moved to Munich during COVID to work in sales at Testifi, and scouted early-stage Balkan deals for APX, the Axel Springer and Porsche-backed Berlin VC. He has since consulted across the region on sales strategy and fundraising for early-stage founders. At Dynamic Mockups, he led sales from under 1K to 30K MRR in less than a year.
Scale SEE is his answer to the pattern he kept seeing: founders from the region who can build but cannot commercialize outside it. He has been direct about the underlying problem. Knowing people is not a GTM strategy. The accelerator exists to replace it with one that scales. The second batch drew 104 applications from 12 countries. The top two startups from each cohort win a paid trip to San Francisco and entry into the US ecosystem.
Ask him about:
How to build a sales motion that works outside the Balkans, and what has to change between a founder's first customers at home and their first customers in the US.
Vladislav is in Dealion to have the conversations that sit between ecosystem work and commercial execution. Here is what earns its place in his calendar.
A working session on how to move from referral-driven growth to a repeatable outbound motion. What breaks, what you need to build first, and how the messaging has to change when the buyer has no regional context.
A direct read on what US investors and ecosystem players look for from SEE founders, and the gap between how founders from this region present and what lands on the other side of the table.
A conversation about sequencing a US market entry for a B2B startup at 500K to 1M ARR. What to do first, what to hire for, and what Vladislav has watched go wrong most often.
The conversations inside Dealion work because they don't happen in public. If Vladislav's profile made you want a seat in that room - there's one way in.
You can find Dealion members on LinkedIn. You can sit next to them at a conference. You won't get what we get from each other.
The conversations that move deals happen in a different room. That's the one we built.
