Petros-Emmanouil Panagopoulos is Head of Regional Growth and Partnership at Factorial, the AI workforce operations platform that manages HR, finance, and IT for more than 17,000 companies globally. He is the first hire Factorial made for Southeast Europe, and his mandate covers thirteen markets where the company had no commercial presence before he arrived.
Before Factorial, he spent three years at Revolut running business banking sales. His strongest quarter was Q1 2023 at 341% of target. He was named Sales Champion of Revolut UAB, top 1% of the bank globally, and ran outbound as his primary channel throughout. He started in Google's strategic accounts team managing more than 300 SME and mid-market clients across PPC campaigns, then moved to Papaya Global where he sold enterprise payroll payments infrastructure across 160 countries.
He joined Factorial in March 2026 as their first regional hire and has spent eight months identifying, recruiting, and activating HR Tech consultants, IT resellers, and strategic partners across markets where Factorial had no channel presence. He built the ecosystem from the ground up. Through Dealion, he brings commercial intelligence that is specific to this region: what it takes to enter a new market fast, find the right channel partners, and build revenue infrastructure that does not depend on a single deal or a single relationship.
Ask him about:
What makes a channel partner worth activating versus one that looks good in a strategy deck. How to build enterprise outbound from scratch in a market with no existing pipeline. And what 341% quota attainment in SaaS actually requires on a week-by-week level.
Petros is in Dealion to connect with operators building commercial infrastructure in Southeast Europe and anyone who sells into markets without an established playbook. Here is what earns its place in his calendar.
Channel partner ecosystems in markets where you have no track record yet. How to identify the right partners, what a real activation looks like versus one that just sounds good in a deck, and how to structure the first six months so the channel generates revenue without you inside every deal.
If you are selling into Southeast Europe and want a direct read on the HR Tech and AI workforce category right now, which buyers are ready, which ones are still on spreadsheets, and where Factorial's expansion creates adjacency for adjacent commercial conversations, this is a conversation worth having.
He closed Q1 2023 at 341% of quota running almost entirely outbound. If you want to understand what that operating rhythm actually requires, how to structure the first ninety days in a market with zero pipeline, and where most GTM playbooks break when they cross a border, bring the question.
The conversations inside Dealion work because they don't happen in public. If Petros-Emmanouil's profile made you want a seat in that room - there's one way in.
You can find Dealion members on LinkedIn. You can sit next to them at a conference. You won't get what we get from each other.
The conversations that move deals happen in a different room. That's the one we built.
