From the frontline to the function

Najla started in finance, then moved into sales at Infobip, where she quickly became a top performer covering the MENA market. She owned the full sales cycle, onboarded and mentored new hires, and moved from SDR to Inside Sales Rep in under a year.

At Forsta, she was brought onto the leadership team to build the SDR function from within. Her manager later described it as "a key decision and major milestone that elevated the SDR organization." She ran four markets at once: UK, Nordic, DACH, and APAC, led up to 13 SDRs, built the outbound playbook, optimized intent data usage with 6sense, and introduced dashboards that gave the whole org better pipeline visibility. She was nominated for Forsta's Outstanding Leader Award during that period.

She now leads growth at Popcorn Recruiters, helping IT and BPO companies across Bosnia, Serbia, and Croatia hire strategically. She brings both the commercial and the people lens to every conversation.
