VP of Marketing·Farseer
Managing Director·SaaStanak
The moment he connected marketing to revenue, he stopped asking for permission to do anything. That was ten years ago. He has been running that way ever since, across five B2B SaaS companies, a Series A, and a conference that sold out every ticket tier.

Igor Kranjčec is VP of Marketing at Farseer, an FP&A platform that raised a $7.2M Series A in early 2026 and is used by finance teams at Deutsche Telekom, Croatia Airlines, and Hrvatski Telekom. He is also on the team behind SaaStanak, the B2B SaaS conference that brought 500 professionals from 25 countries to the Adriatic in May 2026 and sold out every ticket category.
His career runs through the spine of Croatia's B2B software industry. At Infobip, he built self-service infrastructure that became the foundation for SaaS growth. At Lemax, he rebuilt ICP and messaging until lead-to-opportunity conversion tripled from 1.6% to 5%. At Determ, he constructed a sales team from zero and grew revenue 25% in the first six months, while running marketing and customer success across a team of twenty. Croatia's first Product Marketing Alliance Ambassador and a two-time PMA awards finalist.
His operating model is simple and, in most companies, radical: marketer bonuses tied to closed-won deals, full-funnel KPIs shared with sales, and joint deal reviews as a standing cadence. His ICP starts with customer interviews, not internal assumptions. At Farseer, the same logic produced "Get Sheet Done," a brand finance buyers carry into rooms he is not in.
Ask him about:
How to position a B2B SaaS product when every competitor says the same thing, and what it costs to build a brand that creates pipeline before the demo happens.
Igor is in Dealion to have the conversations that do not happen between a marketing team and a sales team who do not trust each other. Here is what earns its place in his calendar.
A working session on positioning a B2B SaaS product for buyers who have seen every pitch. What makes a message land when the category is crowded and the feature list reads like everyone else's.
A direct conversation on how to build a sales function inside a marketing-led organization. What breaks, what works, and how the handoff between marketing and revenue gets structured at early stage.
A read on what makes a regional B2B event worth attending twice. What SaaStanak learned about programming, community, and the difference between people who come once and people who buy tickets before the lineup is announced.
The conversations inside Dealion work because they don't happen in public. If Igor's profile made you want a seat in that room - there's one way in.
You can find Dealion members on LinkedIn. You can sit next to them at a conference. You won't get what we get from each other.
The conversations that move deals happen in a different room. That's the one we built.
