Almir started his career at Resurs Bank in Helsingborg and spent the next two decades building commercial relationships across the Swedish market. He covered banking, insurance, telecom, FMCG, SaaS, tech consulting, and executive education — always in Key Account or growth-focused roles.
In recent years, he shifted toward strategy and AI. He's now Strategic Growth Partner at Reeinvent, an AI-native company in Malmö, and runs Venturab AB, where he works with startups and scaleups on sales systems, market entry, and mentorship. He mentors through Founder Institute Nordics and advises Venture Cup Sverige.
