Aleksandar Marjanović is an Executive Board Member and Group Chief Technology & Delivery Officer at Zühlke Group. He is responsible for group-wide technology strategy, delivery operations, and commercial results across one of Europe's leading engineering and consulting firms. He served as Group CEO ad interim at the end of 2025, following four years leading Global Delivery Centers, and has extensive executive and advisory board experience.
He has been at Zühlke for twelve years, joining as Managing Director in Belgrade and scaling operations globally from there. Before Zühlke, he co-founded Gecko Solutions and worked at Comtrade Group as a software architect and team lead. He started his career writing code, so he knows exactly how things look on the ground.
He operates directly where strategy, sales, delivery, margin, and technology meet. His value is not just knowing what should be built, but understanding what it takes to sell it, staff it, deliver it, scale it, and protect the margin while doing so across different markets.
Ask him about:
How to scale technology and delivery organisations across geographies while protecting quality, margin, and commercial momentum.
Aleksandar is in Dealion for the honest conversations that don't happen on conference panels.
What it takes to build and run a high-performing global delivery organization across three continents, from someone who did it from a base in the SEE region.
A straight-to-the-point session on technology strategy for companies hitting a wall, when the current setup hurts the margin and the next move isn't obvious.
The real operational and business constraints of AI and cloud adoption inside large enterprises, where the blockers are rarely technical.
The conversations inside Dealion work because they don't happen in public. If Aleksandar's profile made you want a seat in that room - there's one way in.
You can find Dealion members on LinkedIn. You can sit next to them at a conference. You won't get what we get from each other.
The conversations that move deals happen in a different room. That's the one we built.
